FINCA is closely monitoring the developments related to the spread of Coronavirus both in Armenia and around the world. During the pandemic FINCA Armenia’s main priority is the health and well-being of its employees and customers.

This page presents FINCA’s response to the pandemic and provides all the information that can be useful for our customers in the current situation.

HOW TO PERFORM TRANSACTIONS AND RECEIVE ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS WITHOUT PUTTING YOUR HEALTH AT RISK

To prevent the spread of the virus we urge all our customers to refrain from visiting a branch to the extent possible and to try addressing questions and concerns via remote channels by:

♦  Calling us at 012555555,
Writing us on Facebook or via the website chat,
Sending us an email at customerservice@finca.am.

If you need to make payments, we urge you to use payment terminals and mobile wallets if possible.

SUPPORTING OUR CUSTOMERS IN HARDSHIP

From the very first days of the state of emergency FINCA has stood by its customers, aiming to support them in overcoming the challenges caused by the spread of the Coronavirus.

The information about overdue liabilities due to the state of emergency caused by the spread of Coronavirus was not reflected in ACRA credit reports for the period of March–June, thanks to which the credit history of our customers was not affected as a result of the current situation.

Apart from that, for many customers who were responsibly fulfilling their obligations before the pandemic but were struggling to make repayments due to income decrease as a result of the state of emergency, the repayments for March, April, and May were deferred; they were not considered overdue and no penalties were applied. Each customer was offered the deferment option in their best interest — redistribution of the amount due over the remaining months, extension of the loan term, or another flexible repayment schedule.

Following our commitment to provide our customers with high quality service in all circumstances and to ensure business stability during the state of emergency caused by the spread of Coronavirus, from March 19 to September 6 FINCA UCO applied restrictions on loan term and amount for new and current customers. As of September 7, the restrictions have been lifted and loans are provided according to the regular FINCA loan terms and conditions.

HOW WE ENSURE SAFETY IN OUR OFFICES AND BRANCHES

To reduce the risk of spreading the virus during the state of emergency some of our staff worked from home or took shifts. Now business is back to normal. In all of our offices and branches we strictly follow the instructions of both the RA regulatory bodies and respective international institutions, to ensure the safety of our employees and visitors.

Dear customers, we ask and urge you to be as careful and responsible as possible during these days, to take safety and hygiene measures, stay at home and reduce contact as much as possible so that we quickly overcome this crisis.

Stay healthy!
