Sales Team Specialist in the Contact Center

If you are fond of active work filled with negotiation and new challenges, then FINCA Armenia is specifically looking for you to join the Sales Team as a Specialist in the Contact Center.

Temporary contract.

  • Making phone calls to both current and former customers
  • Conduct needs assessments
  • Negotiate with customers and sell the financial services recommended by the organization
  • Complete credit applications, conduct financial analyses, and present the applications for approval by the Credit Committee, followed by disbursal
  • Listen to and resolve complaints and issues raised by customers
  • Provide the necessary information
  • Respond to incoming calls as needed
  • Prepare necessary reports
  • Perform other tasks as requested by managers.
  • University degree, undergraduate students also can reply
  • Experience in contact center or customer support roles within a financial institution is a plus
  • Team player
  • Proficient in controlling and managing processes
  • Significantly developed analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Conflict management and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under stressful and strict time constraints
  • Excellent Armenian, proficient English, and Russian
