Nivi was born on 7th October 1967. She is a technology and business leader with over 19 years of experience with expertise in leadership, strategic planning, technology and business transformation, and executive collaboration.

In her most recent role as Senior Director of Online Modernization and Digital Transformation at Dell Technologies, Nivi led a worldwide digital transformation to increase the proportion of sales coming through digital platforms.

In her previous role at Avaya, Nivi and her team were focused on monitoring, educating & driving programs to ensure Avaya’s channel partners are adhering to channel policies. Key priorities were reduction of special discounts & promotions abuse via the channel, prevention of gray market products from entering the marketplace as well as keeping the pressure on channel partners to renew and upgrade their install base.

Nivi also worked at Freescale Semiconductor (currently NXP Semiconductor) as Director of Customer Experience. During her tenure at Freescale, Nivi was responsible for the strategy and implementation of Freescale’s customer loyalty program and customer focus teams for their top 24 accounts.

Nivi holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a BS in Business from the University of Alabama, Huntsville.
