October 5th was a special day for Finca Armenia: in celebration of the organization’s 25th anniversary, the entire staff from all 31 branches across Armenia gathered in Aghveran. This teambuilding event was a unique opportunity to reflect on the journey so far, strengthen the team spirit, and celebrate the growth of the Finca community.

The day was divided into two parts. The first part featured a conference where the leadership team presented key achievements from Finca Armenia’s 25-year history. Archival videos were shown, and inspiring success stories were shared. Participants actively engaged in open discussions and Q&A sessions, expressing their thoughts, ideas, and appreciation.

The second part of the day focused on fostering collaboration and deeper connections. Through team games, traditional Armenian dance lessons, and shared joy, colleagues had the chance to get to know one another better and build warmer, more personal bonds. The day concluded with a festive dinner and a cozy gathering around the bonfire in the evening.

This event was more than just a celebration—it marked a new beginning, filled with renewed energy, fresh goals, and the same strong, united team.
