Every year, FINCA Armenia holds a conference for its management team. This time it was organized in the cultural center of Armenia, city Gyumri. The main purpose of this event is to look back on the past year, discuss what FINCA customers need mote, and plan the strategy and new product opportunities for the next year. During the conference two special guests were invited: Karen Nikoghosyan, who started “gHost” company, and Lena Karapetyan, who leads “Tumo Gyumri.” These guest speakers talked about their organizations success and even failures, and how they’ve faced and overcome all challenges. It was also covered by one of the local TV stations.
