FINCA Armenia’s Chief Commercial Officer Vardan Haroyan, Chief Financial Officer Anush Petrosyan, and Head of HR Armine Biblyan participated in and successfully completed the 2025–2026 “Women on Boards” training program, held from November 21, 2025 to February 26, 2026, and organized by the Corporate Governance Center.

FINCA Armenia’s executives were among 48 graduates representing the private, public, and non-profit sectors.

The three-month training program, open to both women and men, aimed to promote gender diversity on the boards of Armenian companies. Within the framework of the program, participants explored case studies on corporate governance models, as well as topics related to ethics and anti-corruption compliance, aligned with Armenia’s new Corporate Governance Code.

Their participation once again highlights FINCA Armenia’s commitment to fostering diverse, highly qualified, and effective leadership in Armenia.
