We are committed to expanding access to financial services throughout the country, especially for women and rural entrepreneurs who have traditionally been underserved. FINCA Armenia provides its customers with transparent, personalized products and services to promote community growth.

FINCA Armenia started as a non-profit organization in 1999, providing small loans to farmers and small business owners. We obtained a license to offer savings accounts and other financial products in 2006 to provide comprehensive financial services to our customers.

With our digital platform, branches, and FINCA agent’s small shops, we provide convenient access for more than 20,000 customers, services, even in the most remote areas in Armenia.

Client Protection Certified

In December 2018 FINCA UCO was awarded with the Smart Certificate for its continued adherence to the Smart Campaign’s industry benchmarks for ethical standards in the treatment of clients. FINCA is the first and, as of now, the only institution in Armenia to have received this high commendation for its responsible and ethical treatment of customers. This certificate affirms that the organization demonstrates full commitment to the Smart Campaign’s seven Principles of Client Protection.
